Our company is a private company, and our services are available seven days a week.
Our office is normally staffed between 8:00 and 16:30 Monday – Friday, except for bank holidays.
In addition, there is an emergency on-call arrangements for out-of-hours support.”
How we can help
We welcome the opportunity to discuss your care needs or the needs of a loved one on an informal basis. You can call us for a chat on the telephone or we would be happy to pop in to see you to explore your care requirements.
We are an approved provider for Brighton and Hove Health and Social care and are registered for quality with the Care Quality Commission.
We mainly provide care in the Hollingdean and Preston Park area of Brighton but we are happy to try and accommodate support where we can.
Complaints
Complaints indicate a shortcoming in the service we provide; they give us an indication where we need to improve our quality of care.
If for any reason you are not able to discuss your concern directly with us you are able to discuss concerns with Brighton and Hove Health and social care staff or Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Changing Provider
All care providers work in different ways to deliver a service to their clients. If you are unhappy with the service you are currently receiving, we would be happy to discuss your situation in confidence and to offer impartial advice on the way forward.
Hallifax Care is registered to provide a Domiciliary Care Service in accordance with the Care Quality Commission and in line with the Care Standards Act. The address of the office has been registered as above.
