Our Staff
Training
All our staff undertake a regular training programme to ensure that not only do they have all the skills they require at the start, but that these skills are refreshed and updated regularly.
Staff are given the opportunity to undertake advanced education programmes within the Health and Social Care Diploma programme.
Over 50% of our staff hold the NVQ 2 in social care.

Our home care staff are the heart of the company. They are all carefully selected through a rigorous recruitment process. They have an enhanced Disclosures and Barring Service check, they have face to face interviews and a thorough training programme.
Qualities we look for in our staff are compassion, respect, commitment, understanding and a friendly attitude. Our care workers are a range of ages and from different backgrounds. They all share a readiness to adapt to the particular circumstances of each client.
Our office staff too have worked as care workers so this ensures they have a good understanding of the skills and issues for care workers and clients.
